REGULATION ON E-COMMERCE ACTIVITIES

Electronic commerce website Oicnanocurcumin.vn is created and operated by NHAT HAI NEW TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereinafter OIC NEW). Website’s members are customers, website users, member stores, organizations and individuals having legal commercial activities that are allowed to use our service by OIC New. All members have to comply with all the following regulations set forth by OIC New.

All contents in this Regulation comply with Decree 52/2013/NĐ-CP issued by the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Members participating in OIC New have to find out their legal liability according to the applicable laws of Vietnam and comply with the this regulation.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Domain Name:

The electronic commerce website oicnanocurcumin is operated through the domains: oicnanocurcumin.vn; liquidnanocurcumin.vn; liquidnanocurcumin.com.vn; oicnanocurcumin.com.vn and fully controlled and used by Nhat Hai New Technology Joint Stock Company.

General definition:

Seller: Nhat Hai New Technology Joint Stock Company

Buyer: Organizations and individuals who have demands to find out information about products posted on oicnanocurcumin. Buyers have the right to register or not.

Member:  Sellers, buyers, agencies, collaborators and visitors on the website.

II. ORDER PROCESS

Step 3: Fill the information form.

Option 1: Direct Payment (Receive and pay at OIC New Stores or Agencies):

Step 1: Buyers check information about products and services on the website.

Step 2: Buyers arrive at the OIC New sales site to check the product and purchase.

Step 3: Buyers pay in cash, buy local ATM or credit card and receive the products.

Option 2: Online Payment

Step 1: Buyers check information about products and services posted on the website.

Step 2: Choose a payment method

Step 3: Provide Information (Full name, Phone number, Email)

Step 4: Pay securely via Bao Kim

Step 5: The seller delivers the goods to the provided address

Step 6: The seller confirms the buyer in delivering and receiving goods.

III. ENSURING SECURE TRANSACTION

In order to ensure that all transactions are successfully carried out and to minimize the arising risk, the buyer should provide adequate and accurate information (name, address, telephone number, email) when buying on oicnanocurcumin.vn, in order that customer service department can contact the buyer as soon as possible. In case the transaction takes place at the address of the buyer, the buyer should pay only after checking the goods and being satisfied with the product.
