RETURN POLICY

Return Policy & Dispute Settlement on oicnanocurcumin.vn is a part of the OIC NEW E-commerce Regulations and fully complies with laws and Decree 52/2013/NĐ-CP issued by the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The expiry date of the product is listed on each package of products supplied by OIC NEW.

Before returning a product to OIC NEW, please read our Return Policy thoroughly to ensure that this product is eligible for return.

I.  CHECK VALIDITY OF RETURN 

Please note that your returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met

• Product purchased within 03 days of receipt.
• The product is damaged.
• Defects in materials and workmanship
• The seller delivers the wrong product to the customer.
• The product is different from the descriptions provided by the seller

Complete the enclosed return form and place it and VAT invoice (if applicable) in the package you're returning.

Your returns will not be accepted as follows:

• The customer wants to change the product category and design.
• Any fault caused by the customer.
• Appearance errors (broken, teased seal)

II. RETURN LOCATION

You may return the product to our trade office: 66 Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi, Vietnam or to the agents you registered.

III. REFUND METHODS

When returning an item you can choose your preferred refund method. Refund methods include Cash and Bank transfer.  

Note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

IV. COMPLAINTS SETTLEMENT

OIC NEW accepts complaints in the following forms:

• At the website through comments
• Via the hotline: 1900 63 69 13
• The trade office or agents of OIC NEW.
